I walked in with the family at 6:43 pm. Ordered our food. I was craving steak fingers from an ad I had seen on FB. I ordered and found out they were discontinued. Ordered an A1 burger. The rest of the family ordered. We sat and waited. And waited. And waited. Our food finally arrived. We ate and then went to order dessert. Waited in line from 7:32 until 7:47. Finally got the order at 8:05.
So we spent almost 1.5 hours eating. I would venture that over half of that time...read full review
Birthday cake not ready at time set by order.
We are here on vacation from out of state. Although the indoor dining had closed, Michel’le was very accommodating and didn’t turn people away! What a sweet young lady she was, even with her coworkers telling her not to serve us! Keep up the good work Michel’le!

This Dairy Queen Grill & Chill location has received mixed reviews. While some customers have experienced inconsistent service and issues with orders, others have enjoyed excellent service and friendly staff. The team does the best they can, even when busy and short-staffed. The Reese Pieces cookie dough Blizzard is pretty good and not too sweet. The coconut milk dilly bars are delicious, refreshing, and a sweet treat. However, some items like the peanut buster parfait can be disappointing, and the burger was just ok.
