“This place is the closest in my area. It's a nice place and I've visited many times. The food and atmosphere are typical of this brand. The service is good most of the time. I've had a couple of experiences where it took them I while to sit me down when the place wasn't even that busy: plenty empty booths and tables, and a lot of the staff were just gathed around the manager by the machine where the orders are placed. I was just staying there waiting for the one server who wasn't even around. Once I say down, it took a while to get my order.This same situation has happened more than once, which makes me think it's "a thing" that happens at this particular restaurant.“
