I'm not sure what the fuss is on the negative comments, I was passing thru okc and when I stopped for some food and it being my 1st time going to that particular food establishment ever. The crew was really nice and welcoming. The food was delicious and I had an overall great experience for trying Jimmy John's for the very 1st time ever. I'd recommend that place over any in tulsa that I've heard about!
There is a young lady at this location in dire need of customer service training. Dirty looks and eye rolling toward customers are completely inappropriate in any place of business. Do better! Or should I say hire better?!
