McDonald's is a restaurant known for its friendly service and clean facilities. It has received mixed reviews recently, with some customers enjoying the quick service and great food, especially after events like parades. However, there have been concerns about food quality, as a few customers reported issues like undercooked chicken nuggets and problems with the taste of the meat. The fries continue to be a customer favorite, and the restaurant maintains good wheelchair accessibility with close parking and spacious handicapable van access. While employee behavior may vary, the overall environment remains tidy and welcoming for its customers.
