Computer system needs serious updating across the area for all the stores. Been to three different locations recently, and they all have issues with the system. Either it's down totally, the audios not connecting, or orders aren't going to the correct customers.
We appreciate the local management doing what they can to correct the problem, but it seems it's not a local store issue. Hopefully this can be looked into on the corporate level and addressed as quick as possible
my order was wrong twice at this location. I was not about to drive over there a 3rd time! The pretzels were burnt! I am not sure how you can look at this and put it in a bag for someone! This location sucks, and should be shut down! Never again. and I just now went to eat my oreo blast.. and they put oreo on the very top. it is mostly just vanilla ice cream. what is wrong with these people?
