went thru the drive thru for location number 3378 in OKC on NE 23rd St today 7/1/25. They verified our order and when we received it it was missing an item. When we told them it was missing they said we never ordered it despite the order taker verified prior what we ordered. They then said if we wanted it we had to be charged again for the item. I had an online order I had placed and let's be honest the lady was sweet, but the service was long. I had ordered a sausage burrito, and it came like they didn't care... with that being said it had no cheese on it and the eggs were flat, and the sausage was half of a whole one? I had never received something like this before when ordering the same thing at a different location...
