“I went to this Taco Bell tonight to grab some food & the tablets were having some issues. But the staff were very friendly & polite. The manager was very helpful with handling the issue & reset the tablets for them to work properly as they had an issue earlier. It was around 6:45 when I came to this location. I will definitely be coming back to this one again.“

These night employees and managers give awesome customer service and will make sure everything is in your bag, if anything is messed up? No problem they will fix it immediately
Waiting is not long either—I’ve never had to wait long even when being sent to the side
Since I’ve been here , which has been plenty of times. It’s been a 10/10 experience. NO OTHER Taco Bell has topped this one right here. I highly recommend this specific one

“My husband and I had almost given up on Taco Bell. Staff never seemed friendly or seem to care if we were there or not. We came here today and Lacy was outstanding! Best customer service I have had in a long time. She helped my husband, who is legally blind, get everything he needed and was so helpful.“
“I just wanna say this location the evening shift from 830 all the way into the a.m. hours they work very hard and they cook the food very well and they cook it like they’re supposed to cook it and make it like they’re supposed to make it and that’s the only location I like to go to is because the one that is by my house is on 104th and Western and that one is horrible and they always mess up my order and they’re very unprofessional over there and they play around too much with the other one so the people from the evening shift here all the way today and ours they deserve something because they’re always they’re always doing their job. They’re always on point. Everything’s always good and I never have no issues so I’d like to say thank you because They’re probably the only Taco Bell that I like in Oklahoma City completely in the metro area so hands-down.“
“Maaaan whoever was working on September 17th around 4:30PM… y’all KNOW HOW TO MAKE SOME FOOD. We got a Luxe cravings box, a burrito and spicy potato taco. They actually spread the ingredients evenly throughout the burritos, they didn’t drown it in lettuce or sauce. My burrito is built like Fort Knox and I’m ECSTATIC that I’m about to demolish this burrito right now. WHOEVER WAS WORKING TODAY NEEDS A RAISE. Kudos to the guy working the window, we didn’t know he was chill like that. 😎“
“Had an issue with night shift but area manager and store manager was quick to respond and correct , either way quality of food both day and night has dramatically improved after last few weeks!! Store manager and day shift seem to really value their guest. I firmly believe the Store manager will have this store above and beyond expectations within next couple weeks as Day management and area management seem to be sincere and direct about improving. Thank God they now have a Store Manager who cares!!!“

Taco Bell in Lakewood Shopping Center is fast, fresh, and always consistent! Tacos, quesadillas, nachos—the Mexican-inspired classics hit the spot every time. Drive-thru is quick, modifications are easy, and late-night hours (closes 4 AM) are a bonus. Solid value in a convenient spot off May Ave. My go-to for quick cravings!“
“Look, Taco Bell isn't five stars because it's fancy or gourmet it's five stars because sometimes it's exactly what the soul needs. roll up for a cheesy gordita crunch, snag 12 packets of Fire sauce like it's part of my birthright, and place that glorious mobile order because yes, it's cheaper, yes, I want my free Fire Rewards, and yes, push that Beefy 5-Layer Burrito at me like it's gospel. Sometimes want it. Sometimes I don't. But that's not the point. Taco Bell, you're toxic, you're chaotic, you're perfect. Never change.“
“So there was a worker named jaylee and I have so many great things to say about her we went through the drive through and we got the order wrong but we came back and she gave us our order the right way and it was my sisters bday and jaylee was so nice to her and gave her somtin overall a good restaurant 5stars“
“It's your average to go restaurant . Taco Bell has been around for four decades I believe. It depends on how well the restaurant is being run. So I had the chicken quesadilla combo. Not too bad for the situation and hunger at night. People at the restaurant were nice and helpful. Not many negative points to get to with this restaurant. All in all I recommend a try to visit. 👍

“*disclaimer I don't go to Tbell all the time, this is mainly to review the new poblano or pablano rolled steak quesadilla. Do yourself a favor, get it. I always like the taco bell quesadillas for a quick and easy to eat item, buuuut one was never enough. It always felt just shy of filling. 2 of em and I'd overeat and be all stuffed up. It's almost like they hired someone to solve exactly this problem. Oh and there's some fresh veggies in it I don't recognize from the quesadilla, and while this made me dubious at first, I am now convinced they are perfect with it. More bang for the buck and the flavor to smack with it, check it out“
“I had a horrible experience when I already had to get folks to order in my party.
I came through the drive through asked questions bc the menu was different then ordered only to get the window and have no interaction bc the girl was on the headset and she finger to lip hushed her coworkers so she could take orders and in the meantime no specifics were asked at the pick up window. I look in the bag bc the hospitality was poor and my chalupas are incorrectly made (I ordered steak they gave chicken) and no chips and cheese either or Crunchwrap. So I go inside I wait…..four minutes….mind you I came through the drive through. I come in ask to get my order corrected….i watched the employees make and ship four orders before I asked for a refund and left the store. Worst shift I have ever delt with. Taco Bell needs to hire better.“
“Full disclosure: I don't eat Taco Bell and never will, but as a delivery driver when I see orders come up from this particular location, it's a major plus. The staff here are so good, always so personable and on the ball, whether it's daylight hours or super late night. I even mentioned to a friend who DOES eat Taco Bell how good the staff are at this location, and he mentioned he specifically will go to this location when he wants Taco Bell. Somebody is doing something right; keep it up!“

“I stopped going to the Taco Bell on NW Expressway, even though it’s closer to my house, because they have never gotten my order right. Not even once. I didn’t catch their names, but there’s a woman who runs the drive thru in the late evening who calls you baby & her counterpart, a cute, young kid in his early 20s with a big smile full of white teeth. They always take the best care of me and have NEVER messed up my order. They’re the best and I drive farther just for their great service. Keep up the great work! I’m sure I will see you guys soon. Thank you for taking the time, not only to ensure everything is in the bag, but that it’s made correctly with the customizations. You guys are the best!!“
“I have visited the 936 W Sheridan Taco Bell in Oklahoma City twice in the past two weeks. In both situations, the food and speed of order preparation were great. But what impressed me the most was, on both occasions, the friendliness of drive through operator, Monique. Monique greeted me with a big smile and friendly conversation on both occasions. She remembered my name from my visit last week. While the overall experience was great on both occasions, my reception by Monique, really impressed me and makes me want to visit this Taco Bell again.
