“Food was amazing, I tried the chicken bacon ranch fries. My wife had the brisket sandwich. We were both impressed with the flavor and temperature. Highly recommended both sandwiches. The staff couldn't have been nicer and friendly. This was one of the best Arby's experiences we have had.“

“Sauces are good and lots of variety, but skip the gravy it is bland. I am kind of a chicken is chicken person so think both the wings and strips are good. I am looking for good fried pickles in Owasso, these are NOT it! Not the preparation, but the dill slices they use are just WAY too salty. Best ones I ever had were in Utah where they make them like French fries! Finally just went through the drive through to pick up, ordered online, so was prepaid, the girl just handed it through the window and did not even say a word, even though I did say thank you, somebody must not like her job!“

“I went through the drive thru. The lady who took our order was very friendly and nice. The problem is they got my order wrong. I ordered a hamburger with mustard, pickles. That was all. When I got home my hamburger had cheese on it. I am allergic to cheese. To be clear I'm not lactose intolerant. I am ALLERGIC. Like people are to nuts & fish. I have an epi pin. And to answer anyone's question no you can not just simply scrap or wipe it off. It's very frustrating to get home and find out your order is wrong. I had a long day and did not feel like getting back out. Yes I should have checked it before I left but I didn't. But it's gets old having to check it all the time. Specially when the drive thru is crowded. Yes mistakes happen but the funny thing is it happens more at Wendy's then anywhere else. Not just this location but all of them. It's even happens when I take the time and explain to them my dilemma. When they have repeated my order back and say no cheese.“
