Not only was the food great, but the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While waiting for my food I could not help to notice that they have a really clean restaurant. I was fortunate to interact with the staff 3 times and they were super pleasant and very helpful. It looks like they have a separate banquet room for large parties.

The salad arrives! Beautiful and exactly as I had anticipated. Everything super fresh and lots of chicken.

“We had our food delivered, but when I ordered our food, over the phone, the owner was so nice! We even discussed a pizza I would like him to make me from my hometown! He said he would! I just needed to tell him how to make it and what he needed! When our food was delivered it was hot and so delicious! The fried mushrooms, meatball sub, Greek City Calzone and the Supreme pizza was top notch! Tasted just like it was made Chicago! Highly highly recommend!“

“Good flame grilled burgers, not greasy flat top. If flame is your thing, the burgers are good. However, you will have to check whether they are actually open. Despite hours posted online in various places and posted at their own front door, they appear to close at other times. Everything (including their own door) says lobby open until 10:00 but they closed more than hour early today. Not first time. If short staffed, post a note; people can be understanding but to just let people encounter inconsistency is not right.“

“I got a burger to go at the NW 36th location. This is hands down THE BEST fast food hamburger maybe in the entire U.S. It was AWESOME!!!!!! It doesn't compare in any way to the slop they sling at other places. They actually had the ingredients spread evenly, not piled on top of each other right in the middle.
Also the restaurant was squeaky clean and the employee who took my order was precious, helpful, professional and well trained.
You people complaining about tickets times need to wake up. Would you rather have your order sitting under a heat lamp so your wait time is less?
They have the Whataburger story framed and hanging on the wall. It states their philosophy. I read it while I happily waited for my delicious made to order burger.“
