Friendly at the window and did not feel rushed. Food was a little slow but they informed us when ordering. Everything was good and hot. I paid for cheese on my pregnant wife's spicy chicken sandwich but it was not on it. This was a major negative because I love Whataburger and I want her to love you guys also but you seem to make a mistake with hers for our last two visits...same location. We could come more often!
I have been going to this location to get food for some years now and I'm finally making a review because I've given them plenty of opportunities to do better. So it's March 31st and for the last couple of weeks I have noticed that there is a light-skinned black chick who works between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 8 a.m. and she just looks miserable and looks like she hates her job and gives out hard biscuits and is just not very friendly and the vibe is just weird. I've been coming to this Whataburger for 6 years and maybe it's just a temporary thing but they usually always have good employees.
