“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! Parking: Their parking lot is a little strange in its layout but all in all its tolerable. Often times there are vehicles with trailers or larger workers trucks.“

“I love stopping at this Casey’s in the morning. Drinks are still a Bucko nine, the manager, I think his name is Jeremy is very kind in the morning. On the weekend Derick handles business. Ever since Casey’s took over the former Circle K, it seems like it’s better! “Seriously, the staff at the North Macarthur location in OKC is absolutely amazing. I literally choose to wait to get gas there just because of them. They're just... genuine... They helped explain how to set up their app for the first time--and even walked me out to the pump to make sure everything worked correctly for my first gas reward. Seriously?!?! They have a great culture and I like that. I'm a 6-star reviewer... I don't offer recommendations like these often. :-)“

“My wife accidentally ordered a gluten free pizza in the mobile app when she wanted a hand tossed one. I picked it up and drove home and after one bite my wife then realized the mistake.

I figured as it was our fault there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Gave it a shot anyways and called back.

Jake answered the phone and was happy to ask the manager Kindra about it because it was an abnormal request and they were already super busy. They opted to happily make us a new order for the pizza we actually wanted as long as we brought the old one back in.
