“Atmosphere is 5, because it's my ride. (Would give more stars if yall would vacuum it.) Food is a 5 (because my dogs will kill me in my sleep if I don't share the tots immediately). Service is so much more than a 5 and wish there was a plus button for this one especially today. I was 2nd in line with 3 behind me in the drive through. As the person in front of me was waiting on their meals, the drive through host took the "just drink orders" out to people behind me to get them on their way. I mean this person MUST know how addictive these sonic drinks are, or they are just that dang good at their job! Either way it was a win win for the people waiting. Kuddos to yall! I've seriously never seen this before from any other sonic locations. Yall are clearly rocking it!“

“Y’all they have the best customer service I have ever experienced from a fast food restaurant! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as it should be. I was extremely impressed by the service and their willingness to correct an order and make sure their mistake did not inconvenience myself or my company. “The staff at this chick fil a has always been so friendly and welcoming. Their service is also extremely quick which is appreciated and certainly lives up to the restaurant’s reputation. My only complaint is that they did remove their playground recently.
I’m not sure the reasoning behind it, but it was disappointing for our kids and means we don’t visit as often.“

I hope someone from Arby's reads this because it would be awesome if they would consider Mena, Arkansas, as a destination. 6,000 in town, 20,000 in Polk County, but as verifiable 1.5 million visitors each year and that is just going to increase because of a big, new mountain biking course currently under construction.“

“My first time trying this place and I was very impressed for a fast food place. The size of my platter was huge. I only could eat half. The food was very tasty and the presentation was nice. I got my order to go and my food was still warm once I got to eat it. I will definitely be back. Oh, and to add, the lady that took my order was very nice and helpful as this was my first time eating here.“

“Great place to get fast food. I was in a hurry to grab something to eat and I wanted burger and fries. There were other places to eat near by, but like I said, I was in a hurry. I enjoyed my meal and it was ready quick. I had plenty of time to get back to work before my lunch break was over.“

“Our order was to go. Baconator & Dave's double, burgers only. They weren't wonderful but it took awhile to get home. Our 10 yr old son LOVES their burgers & their pickles. Also, I got a junior size frosty. It was delicious & hit the spot on such a hot day. Would definitely eat here again.

Parking: Not a huge parking lot but regular size vehicles will fit fine.“

“I have been to this location several times over the last 2 months. The reason I have, one the sandwiches are good no complaints, and two the guy that is at the window 90% of the time when I am through knows exactly how to treat customers. Do not know his name but I will soon get it so I can call him out personally. Just wanted to say thanks to this young man, he knows how to treat people. 🙂“
