At times, you will have to wait long for food. But I understand the staffing issues the shawnee locations have. The staff genuinely do their best even in tough rushes.

It happens sometimes because you're talking with someone at the window while hearing someone at the speaker. Not a problem usually for folks as most just giggle about it. Service was very quick and the workers were nice.“

“My 2 biggest problems as a dasher with most Sonics is the Corey's not coming in a bag/sack so your trying to carry extra besides one or two sacks of food and several drinks, and the other is not bringing a drink carrier for 3 or more drinks and the shakees have a domed lid that doesn't stay on.“

I like the larger menu boards & really love the larger parking/ordering spots! Finally, larger vehicles are easily accommodated, & without having to pull the side mirrors in at all, & and you have plenty of room without feeling like you may end up crashing your way in or out, lol. Thank you
