Went to KFC and ordered a family meal, they didn’t have enough strips and refused to cook more, we settled on that and then told them we wanted Mac n cheese for the side (mind u that’s the main reason we went) and they were out AND REFUSED TO MAKE MORE, our family meal was $48 plus tax……

This is going to be an unusual review. I am making this review purposefully so that the Charlie’s Chicken team and hopefully regional manager of this location will see it. I have nothing to say about the food. The food is always amazing. My order is always correct and the people serving me have always been very kind.

Never had a problem with Charlie’s chicken until last night, I ordered a beans and cornbread dinner and they failed to mention they were “out of cornbread.” So I get all the way home with my dinner to find out there’s no cornbread and instead a roll. Who wants to eat pinto beans with a roll??? No one. I called and talked to a manger, Dawn, who offered a refund and a very sincere apology.
