As a recent transplant from the Pacific Northwest where I didn't readily have a Carl's Jr at my disposal, I was absolutely delighted with the food, service, and care I received at the Carl's Jr located in West Tulsa. No longer an also ran, Carl's Jr is now my favorite fast food restaurant and is a no brainer choice over the golden arches located across the freeway. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a far better experience than you'll get at the competition.

“After trying almost every burger place in Tulsa the last few months I've decided that Hanks is my #1. The quality of the burger is super consistent with every visit I've made. I mean it's just a perfect burger. The meat is perfectly cooked and tastes so fresh everytime. Just the right amount of veggie on the burger and the buns they use are literally the perfect size to fit everything. You have to come give this place a try and see for yourself. A bonus is how crispy the fries are and the amount you get. You will leave very full and satisfied“

“I am so sorry I didn't get the manager's name, but he has been manager for 7 years. I live 5 hours out of town and have to make at least one visit to Carl's here when in TTown. The store is clean, the service is fast, and the food is wonderful. I love the Club Grilled chicken with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. It is the best! “This Taco Bueno location near E. 104th & S. Memorial in Tulsa is my go to and favorite store. There are two others a similar distance from home or on my way home from work but this one is it for me as I get food to go and do so by going inside as we do have some specific requests that are better explained and confirmed inside, face to face. The good people at this location are always kind, considerate, and prompt in taking my order. The order is then made correctly, quickly, and I’m out the door headed home. Hugo is almost always here making sure his employees are taking care of guests and getting it done with excellence. “For my first experience, it was simple and easy. I ordered before I left my desk at work and pulled up and the young woman was genuinely happy. She helped me figure out the process (mobile orders have their own window) and I was on my way in less than 2 minutes.
Side note: They will not add your stevia packets (or sugar, I'm assuming) to your drink (I got green tea) like some places, but give it to you with your order.“
