“I’ve been to a couple of Cane’s out in TX and the one in The city. This location is by far the best one I’ve visited. I love that it closes at 1am. We need a late night spot. Customer service was absolutely on point. Brandon and Yandell are great assets to the company and I know everyone felt the same way. Super attentive and bright. “For my first experience, it was simple and easy. I ordered before I left my desk at work and pulled up and the young woman was genuinely happy. She helped me figure out the process (mobile orders have their own window) and I was on my way in less than 2 minutes.
Side note: They will not add your stevia packets (or sugar, I'm assuming) to your drink (I got green tea) like some places, but give it to you with your order.“

“Pulled into the lot to dine in, directed by staff to use the drive thru. Menu has a lot of options for fish and chicken. I ordered the shrimp/fish. Meal came with two sides (okra, green beans), and I ordered red beans & rice on the side. The cashier attendant was very respectful and friendly.
I stopped here because I have driven past several times and wanted to support. However, for me, the food was just basic. The most desirable dishes were the shrimp and redbeans & rice. The greenbeans had absolutely no flavor or seasoning (seemed right out the can), the okra was decent. The catfish, however, did not hit the spot. Everything was cooked to a golden brown. The seasonings in the batter make the fish, and in this case, that was lacking too. They don't carry any desserts. All the food was hot and looks great in the photos. The prices were reasonable for the servings.“

The food was fresh and hot the lady running the drive-thru in the front counter had a great attitude! The nachos were so filled I couldn't eat all of my dinner! The burger might’ve been sent a little way too long to be served, but I’m the lucky one. I got it.
The counter service was awesome, I ordered a baked potato for the wife to go when my food came up. I asked him about it. He had placed her baked potato underneath the warmer until I got done eating my dinner. I thought that was pretty nice of them I wouldn’t have thought of that.“
