“I recently signed up for Carl's Jr app and wasn't clear on how to use it at the restaurant. Scott gracefully assisted me, while Jonathan used it as a learning point. I also was visited by their co-worker Serena, who politely asked if she could get anything else for me.

As a recent transplant from the Pacific Northwest where I didn't readily have a Carl's Jr at my disposal, I was absolutely delighted with the food, service, and care I received at the Carl's Jr located in West Tulsa. No longer an also ran, Carl's Jr is now my favorite fast food restaurant and is a no brainer choice over the golden arches located across the freeway. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a far better experience than you'll get at the competition.

The store is clean, the service is fast, and the food is wonderful. I love the Club Grilled chicken with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. It is the best! “First time here. Pickles were good- I preferred the bread and butter. We started off with an order of onion rings. They were okay. Tasted like frozen onion rings, but they weren’t bad, just not made in house. Hickory burger was good. My favorite thing was the Cole slaw. The food was okay, not earth shattering, but not bad, just okay. We’d go back, but it wouldn’t be a regular place.“

“We got the 600g of meat sandwich with beef, chicken, and ham. Don't know what it was called but holy smokes it was incredible!!! It had these little fries on it that added such a delicious crunch. The cheese sauce put it over the top! The owners were so kind and lovely. And clearly great cooks! The sandwich was $24 which fed me, my husband, and our 22 month old to complete satisfaction. My husband got this Venezuelan soda called Frescolita that he said tasted like Bubblelicious soda he hasn't had since he was under 10. He absolutely loved it!
I like that it's tucked away behind the shipping center, so you don't have all the road noise from 71st street. Good atmosphere!“

“The drive-thru guy made a mistake on the order and said he could not fix it at the register and asked me to come inside he handed me the food for my order while I was still in the Drive-Thru. While I was inside waiting for nearly 20 minutes my food got cold. When the shift supervisor was available to help me I let her know what happened and she made it right by giving me a fresh order. I love it when a company does right by their customers. I will be back.“

“The food wasnt bad, like it was fresh and portions were ok, but there wasn't any care in how it was put together. Like distribution was very hit and miss. Customer service wasnt bad but they didn't go out of there way to let you know that you were gonna be taken care of n not rushed out the door.“
