“This was some of the best McDonald's I've had in a long time it was hot fresh made just the way me and my wife wanted it it was quick the lady that brought it to my car was very courteous asked me if I need a condiments or anything like I said if you want to go to a great McDonald's you need to go check this McDonald's out because it's on point“

“We got hooked up some sauce. I was disappointed the app only allowed 3 dipping sauces for a 20 piece. Who are these people? But the individual at the window understood the assignment and ensured plenty was available without going overboard. Thank you.“
“Clean inside and out. Tables/ floor and bathrooms were clean! Smiles with every employee interaction. Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. After exchanging a sausage bagel, I left with 3 hash browns and a pumpkin pie on top of my steak and bacon bagel sandwiches. You really go above and beyond for your customers! If you are near there and need a quick bite, definitely give them your business! If you don't want the greasy goodness try one of their back on the menu snack wraps! Definitely worth using the app. Kiosk inside has deals too! Thank you!!“
“There is just something about the employees at this McDonald's!! Every single time I go there, whoever waits on me at the drive thru always have a huge smile and are super polite and professional. If you have kids looking for a job I would recommend applying there. It has to be a great work environment!!“
“Honestly they've never messed up my order, and they're one of the few locations that doesn't add BS charges like an extra dollar for mayo and stuff like that. Sometimes they take forever to serve curbside, but that's only every now and then.“
“Fast food , the points for free food should actually include buying a whole meal , I mean. If you have enough points. I don't understand why I have to go thru the drive thru 3 times to get 3 items in my points. That's a burger frie and drink... 3 seperate orders to get one meal. Other than this. “Since reopening this year top notch service especially by Terry! And her crew! Can't beat the service and sure wait times are a hassle but for the food that is delicious and made right I'm not complaining cuz the wait is almost never there. Lot is clean and so is the lobby. Staff is always ready to help with a smile so far I try to come here always!“
“I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue with this location! I went through the drive thru for breakfast and Sarah was just the coolest girl. To see an employee so full of whismy is refreshing :) keep up the great work! Also i did that survey. I wasn’t able to put Sarah’s name anywhere so I hope they were able to give her that $5 bonus with that survey code i used <3 definitely will be back“

“I do online orders. They have been great for the most part I think there has only been once that the manager was rude had our order wrong then took it back gave us a refund when we only wanted him to fix our order everything was closed because it was a holiday I belive it was Thanksgiving...that was what we were going to have for our dinner and he refused to let us have anyfood not even the order that was messed up.he throw it in the trash in front of us knowing we would have to wait till something opened up the texted morning so we went home without...but I think he may no longer work there I haven't seen him in a while.other then that time the orders have been correct and fresh ..the works have been nice and the food has been great...“
“I just don't like it they don't have ice cream the majority of the time and I can't get an ice cream cone when I want one when I come through the old Mexican lady's they hate on me put salt on my frys when I use my app because they know I'm coming through the drive-thru. This is an issue because I need to use my points that I've built up to get things free. Other than that me and my husband love Mickey D's. They also have the best Dr pepper in the world!!!!“
“We came this morning and Nancy was the cashier. Shes was so friendly and helpful with our our. We had some substitutions and she handled with precision. Fast service and a very tidy and soft atmosphere. Will definitely coming to this location again!“
“I ordered through DoorDash. My order arrived quickly and everything was correct and packaged in a sealed bag. Both containers of fries were completely full and were hot and fresh. The oreo McFlurrys were delicious. This is the best McDonalds I have ever ordered from!“
“Too many time you come into this place and you ask a question to the employees and they act LIKE YOU ARE IN THE WRONG like YOU ordered the wrong thing.
it’s not on us, it’s on your staff who don’t know how to operate in a rush or simply know the menu to order food for people.

“I decided to go back around two in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted promptly and pleasantly, payment was taken efficiently, and the food was ready within five minutes. I will say I did have a rather large order and everything was hot and fresh. piping hot even.
I would also like to add, it seems like the dinner ending time has moved from 2 am to 4 am which is amazing!

don’t give this place a bad review or staff will verbally assault you when you come back around. Not to mention theirs only one person who’s actually working on the monday shift. everyone else is busy flirting in the drive thru.
also expect long wait times and for them to shove food in your hands and slam the window before you can ask for napkins.“
“Just gotta say, Mr. Freddie Conway, the man who is at the window to receive payment and give you the receipt, is the most amazing and patient man there at the location neat 16th and Garnett in East Tulsa. He's so kind and quite funny! I hope he gets an award from the McDonald's Corporation Headquarters and recognized nationally and internationally! He's spectacular!!! Thank you Mr. Freddie Conway!!!!“
“I don’t like coming here the employees are not friendly and the food is 9/10 times not what I ordered I asked for a plain and what the did was just scratch off the pickles and left them in my bag there was still onions and mayo on the burger very disappointed“

“No complaints from this location besides the homeless guys that hang out back, although they don't cause you any trouble more an esthetic things. Food was hot, order was correct and staff was polite. Long line when I arrived in the drive thru but wasn't there more than 7 min. Great quick stop after work.“
