“Ordered eight pizzas for a party. Come the morning of they were slammed, and they only had one delivery driver. They were running late. At first, I was annoyed, but after I called and spoke with the manager, he made it right. The Delivery driver ended up being an elderly man who was so apologetic and very kind. I was really happy with the way they made the situation right and was also humbled by the fact that there are many people out there trying their best. We expect perfection too often and we as humans just simply aren’t. Life is messy. As long as a business, makes it right, I think they deserve our business! The pizza was delicious and everybody enjoyed it. It was also very reasonably priced.“
“Destiny is the person I see every time I go to the Harvard and 51st location. She works her tail off in there and I don't think I've ever seen anyone work so hard. Sometimes she's in there by herself closing the store which blows my mind but she finds a way to make it work. Shout out to her!“
“I went through the drive-thru, but the dude working the window, (I think he said he was the manager) was super nice. He had great customer service skills and really seemed like he truely enjoys doing what he does. Which, unfortunately, is pretty rare in the food service industry. My food was hot and ready when I got there. He just made the overall experience great. A++“
