This place is SO good, we realized when leaving that we stayed way past closing time. They did not rush us and we’re very hospitable. Will be back and will bring others with me next time! Amazing service, delicious food!
Got it to go...Placed a telephone order and it was ready when I arrived...This was a little bit of a hole in the wall but I looove hole in the walls.The food was well not the best ever but ok...seasoned well, fried well but missing the mark. The mac was watery and bland...The okra, although fried well - battered well was bland. The catfish was good. I would definitely go back for the fish and recommend it. I got a 4 piece chicken dinner with 4 pieces of chicken and red beans and rice and coleslaw. The chicken was big pieces that was moist and tender. The red beans and rice have a great favor. The coleslaw was crunchy, was not too runny and not too sweet. We eat here regularly and are always pleased with the service and the food.
