The Hemingway was awesome all the way around. The atmosphere upscale and has an old school ritzy feel. Our server, Angel, was fantastic and someday when we comeback we will ask for her again! The food was all delicious and full of flavor. We had a couple appetizers one of which was devil on horseback. This is not a dish I would have ever ordered without Angel highly recommending it. From start to finish, dining at Hemingway was a superb experience. The entry way and staircase into the restaurant were enchanting, the atmosphere in the dining room was elegant and beautiful, but also warm and inviting, and the servers were attentive and kind, but also funny (and a couple were charmingly offbeat). I loved Hemingway the minute we walked in. We came in through the elevator which was obviously BTS but a host greeted us right away and led us to the host stand.
