About The Hemingway

Located in a small, cozy basement setting, The Hemingway is a hidden gem that requires a reservation to ensure availability. With a limited number of tables, this intimate venue offers an exceptional dining experience. The service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who are experts in their field. The ambience is cozy with a splash of posh, featuring the right amount of ambient light for an intimate dinner. The menu is limited, but each dish is phenomenal, with options like the seafood tower, lobster soup, fish, and steak. Recent reviews highlight the chic atmosphere, exceptional service, and high-quality food, including dishes such as Chilean sea bass, lobster bisque, and a 16oz ribeye topped with Alaskan king crab. Cocktails like the dirty martini are praised for their perfect balance and coldness. The staff, especially the server Parker, are highly professional and knowledgeable, making recommendations that enhance the dining experience. While prices are steep, especially for items like the tomahawk steak, the overall experience remains memorable and well above average. The seafood tower continues to be a favorite among guests, and many visitors express their eagerness to return for another outstanding meal.
