“We're regulars and we have a favorite staff person - unfortunately haven't picked up her name yet but she always makes things exactly right and greets us by name. A+ service from the gal with the really cool red-tipped locs and fierce eyeliner. Great food - we really appreciate having a fast food option that isn't fried.“
“Shakes are very tasty and service was fast. The one thing that I did not get was the 18% tip added to the bill from a drive thru purchase. Yes I approved of it but realized later in the car that a $3.46 tip did not make since at this place on a drive thru. Apart from that it was all good.I give it a 4 star due to Price combined with what you get.Will I go back, most likely yes.“
“Smoothie was great, was in a rush a fidnt take any pics. Fast and mute service. I preferred a greeting, a welcome. It would be even more helpful if the employees knew more about the protein and basic nutrition questions.. but friendly mute and fast.“
“Literally, this place has never let me down! I worked in fast food for 7 years and I truly do get we all have rough starts to our days! Shoutout to the super sweet African American lady with a beautiful smile and works in the mornings. (Don’t remember her name). But always is so positive and never have to wait long when she is working. Unfortunately she was not there this morning. But the older guy short and bald is absolutely a shame. He has horrible customer service manners. Was extremely rude and I felt absolutely like I was a burden for coming there. I ordered on the app pulled up and the lady answered very sweet. But when I got to the window I felt like it was a problem I ordered. Nothing positive came from him. I was told here you go. And the food was shoved in my face and my drink cup busted from it being shoved at me. I really do love tropical smoothie this just kind of really upset me.“

“Seen tropical smoothie while driving by and decided to try it, I stopped by for lunch and wasn’t disappointed. Bit of a wait time which wasn’t bad they seemed busy. I tried a mango moonson and a chipotle flatbread with the vinegar chips, the staff was friendly“
“TS is one of my favorite places to grab a smoothie on the go. This location is awesome. The ladies ALWAYS have a nice attitude (even when I occasionally miss the drive-thru speaker ). I def would recommend ANYONE to dine or order from here.
