“Shakes are very tasty and service was fast. The one thing that I did not get was the 18% tip added to the bill from a drive thru purchase. Yes I approved of it but realized later in the car that a $3.46 tip did not make since at this place on a drive thru. Apart from that it was all good.I give it a 4 star due to Price combined with what you get.Will I go back, most likely yes.“

“Just wow! This place has a nice feeling and plenty of seating if you want to sit and enjoy your wrap and smoothie right there. I was greeted right away and my order came out to me quick. Normally when I go to a tropical smoothie, when my order is ready they just set it up on the counter for me. No big deal I understand that that's how most of the time it goes. However, it was a little different here. I looked up and there was 1 lady coming with my smoothie and the other coming with my wraps. It made .e smile. They seem to care about their customers here and want you to come back. I'm saving this store on my FAV list so I can remember which one to come back to next time I'm in town.“
“This has been my go to Tropical Smoothie location for a long time. They have been going through some hiring difficulties and tonight must be a hard one because they only have two people.That being said, the woman on staff informed us of the wait, we accepted the time. We then watched her hustle through a party of twenty or so by herself, while the second employee cooked the food.She still served us with a pleasant attitude and the smoothies were delicious. WHAT A BALLER!!! I hope the owner reads this and time stamps it to see who was working. Big respect to them and they deserve a raise no matter what they’re making.3/10/24 at 6:30pm“

“I shopped here to pick up a smoothie for my son. I was surprised at the price. Wow. I like smoothies but not that much. This place is like the Starbucks of coffee. I don't go there either. McDonald's and QT are just fine. Call me cheap.“
“I really like Tropical smoothie cafe and appreciate the friendly service, consistent quality, and healthy choices. However I don't appreciate this Glenpool location handing me back my credit card in a wireless card reader saying "it will ask you if you want to add a tip" as if it's not them asking it's the machine. I will never add a tip if I have to be asked. I will occasionally add a dollar to my already $7.50 smoothie and either ask the cashier to add it or preferably hand them cash.“
