I always like to try the nachos first because I think it says a lot about the cook. It is not unusual for me to judge an entire restaurant just based off of the nachos. This is because nachos are such a simple thing to do something that can easily be made at home and very difficult to mess up. Unless the cook is simply over trying or trying to overcompensate. Perhaps from the lack of ingredients. I would have rated it a lot lower if it hadn't been for the young lady who was helping me being so attentive.
