“We had a business lunch and it was great. The waitress was very friendly - and efficient! I enjoyed her welcoming personality. Jacks is basically my ‘go-to' for good food & service. “My son, daughter and my husband came here tonight for dinner. The food was excellent and my server Chris was extremely friendly and welcoming. The last time the service was terrible. “We were blown away by the exceptional ambience, service and food. The quantity and quality exceeded exceptions. Highly recommend the wings, nachos, souvlaki and pulled pork sandwich. We tried the new seasonal menu as well, surf and turf included lobster dip which was delicious! Will definitely return.“

“I've been going here for many years.
The food is great. My server and her service were terrific! I order 2lbs wings and fries with a pint of their house brew. Awesome HOT, fresh cut daily fries and very meaty wings, not those skinny little things you sometimes get at other places. Well worth the visit. I know they are constantly working to keep a high standard of food quality and customer service, and I appreciate the owners effort for that.
This review is based on 10 years of patronage. I know Sabinas well.

“Whenever I'm in Durham, I make the trip to Brooklin Pub - great service, great food, great atmosphere. Normally I drop in to watch a hockey game, but last night was date night, so we sat in a booth in the quieter area.
Tried the curry rolls this past visit - delicious, and the hot sauce they make is smoking hot, but tremendous. Love getting my Peroni on tap. Girlfriend enjoyed her cocktail, Heather, mixed something up for her, and it was a hit!

“Dark bar/restaurant. Took family for lunch early afternoon. Service was great and the food was very good. It was around 2pm so very quiet inside.
Kid-friendliness: Took my 17 and 16 year olds for lunch. They enjoyed it. It is not a bright standard family sports bar.“

“I had the big breakfast and it was SO good!!!! And really affordable. I feel really bad because I left a bad review last time because it was cold which wasn’t the fault of the restaurant. They asked to rate it and I did. The taste was good even though it was cold likely due to the courier. I ordered again and was so glad I did. This time everything was steaming hot and was really delicious. I will definitely order from here again. Exactly what I was craving!“
