“Made a quick pit stop here before hitting the Ambassador Bridge to head home! Definitely worth the stop! They had the best customer service, and the staff was awesome. I had a brief conversation with one of the employees, and it was a very welcoming experience for just a bathroom break and some hot chocolate. I’ll definitely be back here when I’m in Amherstburg again!

Parking: Parking is for only Tim Hortons customers only. You will be towed for illegal parking in the lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance to the restaurant have automated push button doors.“

“Sawyer krokus made me a BOMB jr chicken. It was exploding with flavor. Img friend used the bag from the jr chicken and made it into a mask but a very rude lady yelled at us. Still sawyers jr chicken was exceptional and he should get a raise.“

I needed a pick-me-up and the toast was perfect and I always enjoy a cup of coffee and their coffee is to DIE FOR FOR!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?????

“the ONLY breakfast stop in Detroit for our family. we stop here every morning on the way home from work. the hot cocoa is excellent 👌 I absolutely love how they are community oriented, and they remember every person they ever serve. our very first experience my brother, sister in law, and I stopped in first thing in the morning, ordered our stuff and went about our day. the next morning it was just my brother and they asked where my sister and law and I were at 😭❤️. top tier customer service, reminds me of our donut shop back home (small town Texas). will be back every day until we leave for back home!“

This is one of those places where you just know most of their daily business is from the community, and the staff probably knows most of the customers names.My waitress was named Julia and she was both witty and pleasant. The service was extremely quick and cashing out was a breeze.I must go back and visit again in a few weeks. I will update this soon.“

“Love the nostalgia of this ice cream parlor, the ice cream was incredible and you can tell they make it themselves in house! I had a scoop of the birthday cake and scooby doo and the were out of this world! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was due to slow service. The kids in there did what they could but I believe they were short staffed. Other than that. This is some of the best ice cream I've had in the area!

Parking: They do have a small parking lot so on a busy day you might have to park in the street.

Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop, so plenty of options for the little ones!

“When me and my husband came in a few days ago there seemed only one guy working there. We ordered drinks and he offered some donuts for free. He was SO nice and offered to open the door for us since we were carrying our iced coffees. We are definitely coming back. Thank you for your kindness. This man deserves an Employee of the month award! I wish I knew his name.“

“Stopped by randomly when i seen this Coffee Spot I'm an out of towner mind you so i stopped at the first spot i seen, didn't really have any expectations but wow was the service and drink so good I believe Nad was the name the young lady that took care of me if im not mistaken she was very friendly and and patient with me as i didnt know what to get from there and even recommended a drink for me called the Iced Teddy Bear and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
