Store is well-maintained and the location is convenient for most people. Portion sizes on the burritos are generous without being messy. Really good store overall.“

“So I've always liked Chili's and my family and I used to always visit the Southgate location frequently. However once Covid came, things went downhill - I think mostly because no one wanted to work, which I think was a little bit of everywhere at that time. I can remember times we'd walk into Chili's and never be greeted - even though it was a ghost town. Anyway, we hadn't visited this location in about a year (late or early 2023), however this past Friday (10/18/24) we decided to give it a try and I'm SO glad we did! What a difference! For starters, the restaurant was actually BUSY and full of life! Second thing I noticed was that there seemed to be plenty of staff. We were greeted immediately and didn't have to wait for a seat despite the fact it looked like a full-house. Our server, Cassandra, knocked everything out of the park! She was fun, gave us drink suggestions, and was just an overall pleasure to talk to while we enjoyed our food. Speaking of food, everything came out perfect! We loved all the new menu options available as well. And the chips and salsa were as good as I last remembered. It really was an enjoyable dining experience. I typically wouldn't leave a review (good or bad) for a chain restaurant, but I felt like I had to go out of my way to say that I saw so many positive changes at this location. Whether it's better management or just more highly motivated employees, it was SO nice to see. I do hope someone from management sees this and recognizes Cassandra - she made our night! We look forward to coming back soon for lunch and dinner!“
