“This location has a nicely decorated fenced patio and every single time we’ve gone for the patio it’s not open. Continuously throughout the summer it’s never open. Always one excuse after another. A waste of time for us and a waste of a nice space for Ancaster.”

“Stopped in to have lunch with friends. Didn't think much about our restaurant pick except to find an easy way to meet up at a convenient location.
The food was so good. The ginger tea really nice. And, when the restataunt ran out of diet coke we saw our waiter go get more. Sir. You are a delight. We could have just had water.

“Went today for a late lunch with my nephew Marcus and his nonna. We ordered 4 slices of pizza and shared. Each one delicious. Had tiramisu and cannoli with espresso for dessert and took home two containers of soup. Highly recommend. Thank you Alexander and congratulations on your restaurant.”

“We went in response to a social media post for a fixed price menu. When we were ordering, we were told that this offer is not available on Saturdays, even though it did not indicate this anywhere on the post. Our very friendly and courteous server went to explain to the manager that we had previous reservations elsewhere, but decided to switch to come here specifically due to this advertised promotion. We appreciated that the manager agreed to honour it for us, however, we feel it was inappropriate to post something without indicating the exclusions. Most of our group enjoyed their meal. Our server was excellent.”

“yeah sure I'd reccomend to give it a try. this location was great when it first opened as they all are. I ordered from here last night and it was garbage and went IN to the garbage. All the veggies including pickle were old. onions had zero taste. tomatoes with thin n mushy falling apart I gagged and threw it out. wont be having it from this location or the grimsby one either. so disappointing”
