“I ordered a cake from Amina for my best friend's 30th birthday and it came out way better than I ever imagined. Amina was so easy to work with and responded quickly, she bounced ideas with me and came out with a masterpiece. I would order from her again in a heartbeat. Also the fact everything was Halal was so wonderful and gave me peace of mind knowing that my friend's family was able to enjoy it with her. I wasn't able to taste it as I live in a different province but my friend and her family said it was absolutely delicious. So not only good looking but great tasting! I would highly recommend her and I look forward to ordering from her again.

“This Tim Hortons is by far the the most well and beautifully decorated store I have seen this year. Congratulations to Sheila who decorated the store in incredibly beautiful way. Mom's with kids take pictures of large inflated Santa Claus and the comments from customers are so warm and positive. There are elderly customers...some who live alone...and the reaction and smile when they see the festive environment of the store is so nice to see.. I have been coming to this store for 25 years and the current management and staff truly take pride how their store looks. It definitely shows in this year's Christmas decorating. I have been to Tim's in the Niagara -Hamilton area with my work...and none compares to this store. The extra effort and time in decorating thr store so well is appreciated by all...and it would be nice if someone from corporate came to store and took a few pictures and put in news letter..bulletin etc to both thank and show appreciation for all the extra work in Christmas decorating. I am confident both staff and management would be so appreciative..especially Sheila.

I have to say not everything on the menu is my taste, but I’ve still always enjoyed my experience there. The owners are so nice! And I always feel like a valued customer when I am there. Some of my favourites are there Mango Slushy with Coconut Cream Jelly or Ice Cream and their Hot Dog milk buns. Just this week I finally had the chance to try their fresh Strawberry and Mango mochi, WOW! I think the thickness of the mochi really complements the cream inside well. Even if you only have the chance to go their once, it’s defiantly worth it.“

“We have picked pumpkins here for the last two years and every time we have been given conflicting information. We came again this year just to pick pumpkins, expecting to do what we did the last two years, bypass the line, pick a pumpkin and pay on the way out. Instead we were stopped, told we needed to wait in line, pay $6 per person admission (?) then if all we wanted to do was pick pumpkins, then pick them and pay $5 per pumpkin on the way out (?!) We spoke to a young couple we saw leaving with a pumpkin, and they said they had just walked in and paid $5 for a pumpkin… We left without pumpkins and they have lost a repeat customer.“

“OG bagel spot, can’t get better than this from freshness, friendliness and atmosphere in the shop. If you like old school style shop where all you want to do is eat your bagel in peace with some coffee this is it! Staff are always laughing and cheerful and Pops there is always ready to chat it up with you no matter what! They’ve given me a warm welcome everytime I walk in and because of that the bagels just taste a little better than anyone else’s:)

“I didn't answer the Atmosphere question because I've never been to the store. I live in a retirement residence and for the last few months Cobb's bread has been coming here once a month and laying out a wonderful display of breads, buns, scones, danish pastries, etc. The first time they were here I bought a loaf of cinnamon bread, (without raisins........how wonderful). It is so good, I love toasting it for breakfast. I've also had their scones and a couple of other "goodies". Everything is simply delicious and the woman who comes here to sell their products is so helpful and accommodating. On Tuesday, I hope to visit the Osler Ave. location in person. So sorry you're not on our calendar for June...........hope you're back in July. Would definitely recommend their products.“

“I have to say, the setup of the food court is very different than other campus food courts I've been to, but I enjoy it. You can order food from a few different restaurants and walk around checking out drink and grab-and-go coolers or getting some self-serve soft ice cream while you wait. The atmosphere is a little anxiety-inducing with everyone walking in every direction, but you get used to it. I give props to the cashiers who serve 2 lines at once as you leave!“

This location has employees who are competent, friendly and accurate with orders and its rare to see these days at a Tim Hortons. No store is perfect but this team is consistently good.I've been to many locations all over the GTA over 3+ decades, namely in Burlington, and have seen a slow decline in customer service at locations everywhere but not at this location. This location has employees who know their job and do it.I have no friends or family at this location, just a shout out because I see the difference at this store compared to most others. Its good hiring with a great crew of employees.“
