Bonus, it has great amount of parking and is attached to a Tim Hortons. The burger toppings are fresh, too.

“I've started getting my coffee here, honestly the last place you'd think to get good coffee. It's refreshing how
much of an improvement it is from tim hortons.
Iced latte or hot and the cold brew vanilla cream coffee are all so delicious. It can be expensive, on par with Starbucks but Tim's is just not it anymore.“
