Parking: Shared parking lot right next to shop. If you are mindful when parking you wont have an issue leaving.

Kid-friendliness: Some free candy I'm sure kids would love.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor only no steps. Inside might be a bit tight.“

“Alright. Let me tell you about the best customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a pizza, half cheese and half ham. I waited about 20 minutes or so and while I was wondering why, I didn't ask. I didn't complain. I didn't display any negative energy. Finally, my pizza comes out..with a second pizza. The nice lady explained they accidentally made the first one wrong and so I could have the second one too. I was naturally very happy but to make it even better - they also gave me a coupon for a free large pizza for next time! These kind souls did this out of nothing more than having a pure heart. Also, the pizzas were delicious! 11/10 would absolutely recommend.“

“Me and my gf had a great time here. It’s quite a cozy place to spend time. They have a lot of vegetarian pizza options too. I personally liked the concept of converting the house into a dining place. The server was too friendly to talk. She even clicked us some pictures which I liked. “We love Magic pizza. Living in the area, we love to bike over to the plaza for a slice of pizza. The pizza here is really good, but the best part of this place is the friendly staff. They are so wonderful! They've always made my daughter feel so comfortable ordering her own pizza and always friendly, excellent service. While I did give 5 stars for atmosphere, keep in mind there isn't really seating or facilities, so it's a take-it-and-go experience.“

“My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. “This is my favourite pizza place,and the best city pizza location. Food is always hot, tastes great, the they don't skimp on toppings. We ordered from the other location on king in waterloo twice and it was nothing like this place. This location is great and very consistent with their pizza. Love that they always give you loads of toppings. Unfortunately if you order delivery online and you're in between the 2 locations on king, you get stuck with the one at 238 king n which is super skimpy on toppings and no where near as good as this one. But if you call them, you can choose this one instead and have a much better experience.“

“There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!“

“I can’t say enough good things about Tito’s! I’ve been a regular for a while, and they never disappoint. Recently, there was a mix-up with my order—there was a miscommunication with the front of house and another customer accidentally took it home—but the owner (great guy) went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they remake my entire order, but they also refunded me! Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, and the quality of the food is always amazing. “This is one of my favourite places to get vegan pizza, but if I'm honest, we often just pop in for the cheesy bread. I'm not a fan of the default dip that comes with it, but they will happily give you tomato sauce instead. The pizza is also pretty good. In fact, I think the pizza is even better the next day, cold.“

“Been coming here for a couple years. GM is nice guy, staff is mostly good too but there's one thing Ive counted on that's been consistent. The pizza is certainly hot but it is never ready. We literally come about 2-3 Fridays every month between 230-430 and I dont think there has ever been both a cheese and pepperoni ready“
