So either the owner saw my review and dealt with the hygene or I just visited on a really bad day before, in either case, I'm very happy to see improvement.

“My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. “There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!“

I decided to give Pop’s Pizza try, and I’m so glad I did! This time I was more than impressed. The staff greeted me right away with a smile, and I didn’t have to wait at all before being helped. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive — they really made sure I felt welcome. Got good food with customisation.

The atmosphere was great, and it was right around lunch time, yet everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Not to mention last time I had to wait because of stone oven issues they had but Really the same stone oven pizza was made and delivered to me in record time of minutes with quantity look like doubled.

“Hi there! I have been there thrice after today, my first time was getting a quick slice as I was on a call and grabbed takeout! Second time, I got a large pizza with couple of toppings and it was the best! ❤️
Today, I was assisted by Harnoor at the counter and he got me the best garlic bread with cheese - it was super delicious and soft on the crust. Overall, it has been fantastic experience always here!

“Been coming here for a couple years. GM is nice guy, staff is mostly good too but there's one thing Ive counted on that's been consistent. The pizza is certainly hot but it is never ready. We literally come about 2-3 Fridays every month between 230-430 and I dont think there has ever been both a cheese and pepperoni ready“

“This is one of my favourite places to get vegan pizza, but if I'm honest, we often just pop in for the cheesy bread. I'm not a fan of the default dip that comes with it, but they will happily give you tomato sauce instead. The pizza is also pretty good. In fact, I think the pizza is even better the next day, cold.“
