“We placed a large pick up order for a family gathering at the end of August 2025. The pizzas were done right, at the right time. The staff was friendly, and acknowledged the milestone birthday we were celebrating. Customer service A+, Food Quality A+, Value for Cost A+. “Time of order 4:15 / cashier n / First time eating at a Pizza Nova. Large 3 topping thin crust pizza and 2 pounds of wings BBQ and Medium. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My wife picked this up and drove 5 minutes back and food was still very hot. Amazing crust, fresh toppings, great quality wings, and most important, not at all salty and we did not feel bloated afterwards. We have been searching for a decent pizza place now for a long time. This is going to be the place from now on. We look forward to trying more from the menue. Thank you to the friendly and very helpful staff.“

Tried Pizza Arca in New Hamburg for the first time today and I liked it so much I couldn’t stop myself from sharing it here.
I’m pretty picky with pizza, so this says a lot. Always good to support a local spot that’s actually doing it right 🍕

“Great food. I've had guests over on multiple occasions, and I've had multiple questions about where the pizza was from. They all enjoyed it, even an Italian from Woodbridge.
As well, their customer service is great. They promptly and professional rectified a minor oversight from an online order.“

“Pizza Bella makes fantastic pizza !!! There large oven makes for a delicious crust. if you like wings... they have great wings and lots of hot sauces I recommend the crimson creepy & Chipotle Ghost !!! I Definitely advice anyone to try them out !!!“

“Genuinely best pizza parlour out there. They use no junk ingredients like seed oil or added sugar to their dough. The pizza itself was cooked to perfection, house sauce was amazing, on top of that you can’t beat $3 a slice. Was also fortunate to meet the owner Tom, who was so generous and very hard working aswell. Check it out if you’re in the area!“

“My work ordered twin city pizza 🍕 and omg is it delicious 🤤! The pizza was incredible especially compared to other pizza options in this area. This will be a go to pizza spot for sure! This one was the New Yorker and half added pineapple. I had a small bite of the bbq chicken and it was also delicious.“

Promotion online when ordered was free dipping sauce or Tabasco. Was told offer was over for awhile and wasn't given Promotion. False advertising or HONOR IT.“

“Booked 5 pizza's using the on-line portal. Timing to pickup was offered at 1:47pm, but I changed it to 2:00pm. Once I arrived the person at the counter was upset we did not give more notice for a order that size. Why offer the times if the store gets frustrated to the point of embarrassing the customer in front of everyone?“

“There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!“

“Good bang for your buck here. The pizza portal is a cool concept. I've also noticed that they are willing to hire Canadians and don't restrict their hiring to foreign workers, unlike Restaurant Brands International Inc. (Tim Hortons, Popeyes, Burger King) and A & W.“

“Some residents and staff (16 people or more) at the Westhill Retirement home ordered in 3 different kinds of pizza for our lunch. Way to go Double Double Pizza…everyone raved on your pizza and will likely order it again! The taste, the toppings and the dough/crust…all top notch and fresh!

“Been coming here for a couple years. GM is nice guy, staff is mostly good too but there's one thing Ive counted on that's been consistent. The pizza is certainly hot but it is never ready. We literally come about 2-3 Fridays every month between 230-430 and I dont think there has ever been both a cheese and pepperoni ready“

“The pizza was really good and the people were beyond friendly. Well worth the price.
Parking: Shared parking lot right next to shop. If you are mindful when parking you wont have an issue leaving.
Kid-friendliness: Some free candy I'm sure kids would love.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor only no steps. Inside might be a bit tight.“
