“We placed a large pick up order for a family gathering at the end of August 2025. The pizzas were done right, at the right time. The staff was friendly, and acknowledged the milestone birthday we were celebrating. Customer service A+, Food Quality A+, Value for Cost A+. Tried Pizza Arca in New Hamburg for the first time today and I liked it so much I couldn’t stop myself from sharing it here.

“I ordered online a thin pepperoni pizza and i didn’t know that comes with oregano, my son can’t eat it with different flavours. I talked with them and they make a new one right away, even though it was a busy night and they had lots of orders to do . the stuff here it’s friendly and great. they didn’t want to charge me for the second one. We get our pizza from here all the time . Please make sure to leave a great tip for the hard working guys.“

“Genuinely best pizza parlour out there. They use no junk ingredients like seed oil or added sugar to their dough. The pizza itself was cooked to perfection, house sauce was amazing, on top of that you can’t beat $3 a slice. Was also fortunate to meet the owner Tom, who was so generous and very hard working aswell. Check it out if you’re in the area!“

“My work ordered twin city pizza 🍕 and omg is it delicious 🤤! The pizza was incredible especially compared to other pizza options in this area. This will be a go to pizza spot for sure! “Booked 5 pizza's using the on-line portal. Timing to pickup was offered at 1:47pm, but I changed it to 2:00pm. Once I arrived the person at the counter was upset we did not give more notice for a order that size. Why offer the times if the store gets frustrated to the point of embarrassing the customer in front of everyone?“

“There is a new owner. His name is Kumal. And he is wonderful. We had an error with a large order for a party and the front desk worker said we could have 50% off. I was happy with that, but the owner called US back to insist he make it right and refund us. While speaking with the owner weeks later he stated that they had purchased a new oven because he had a few other complaints as well. That is a HUGE investment to ensure customer satisfaction. We order there almost weekly and we have been repeatedly impressed with their customer service and quality. Check them out and give them a try! You won’t regret it!“

“Normally I am lazy, and just walk 50m to Pizza Pizza, but as it was a gorgeous evening I decided to walk the extra 100m up to Little Caesar's.
It had been a while since I had a pie from the Emperor, but damn was it ever worth it today!
I ordered a custom large, stuffed crust, with all my favorite fixings.
Absolutely drooling at the thought of diving into my masterpiece, I popped open the box when I got home and was treated with probably one of the most magnificent sights - A perfectly cooked pizza with an abundance of toppings!

“Some residents and staff (16 people or more) at the Westhill Retirement home ordered in 3 different kinds of pizza for our lunch. Way to go Double Double Pizza…everyone raved on your pizza and will likely order it again! The taste, the toppings and the dough/crust…all top notch and fresh!

“Been coming here for a couple years. GM is nice guy, staff is mostly good too but there's one thing Ive counted on that's been consistent. The pizza is certainly hot but it is never ready. We literally come about 2-3 Fridays every month between 230-430 and I dont think there has ever been both a cheese and pepperoni ready“

Parking: Shared parking lot right next to shop. If you are mindful when parking you wont have an issue leaving.
Kid-friendliness: Some free candy I'm sure kids would love.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor only no steps. Inside might be a bit tight.“
