“Usually one of our go-to spots for dinner, and our visit the other night reminded me why.
We were heading to a movie afterward, so we were in a bit of a rush. As always, the service was quick, friendly, and there was no wait to be seated.
I ordered the ribs, but unfortunately they came out burnt—and it looked like extra sauce had been added to cover it up. I mentioned it to our server, who immediately took the dish back and offered to have a new one made. Because we were short on time, I couldn’t wait for a replacement, which was more on me than on them.
She brought the manager over, and not only did the manager completely agree that the ribs were overcooked, but she removed the entire entrée from the bill without hesitation. That level of accountability and customer care goes a long way.
Because of that action alone, I’ll definitely be back.“

“Our server Ocean was absolutely amazing, she was very fast, communication was great anytime she passed by. She had amazing interaction with my 9 year old, watched how she interacted with other guest so so much spirit and enthusiasm. Can't wait to come back soon.“

“Husband and I recently relocated from the Maritimes, stopped in for breakfast and we were not disappointed! Friemdly and promt greetings, quick seating, great atmosphere and decor, amazing and diligent staff. Barrie location is more than happy to accommodate those with needing smaller portions as an adult. Our server went above and beyond any service we have received back home. even heard her communicate with the chef directly, and when an ingredient wasnt available, instead of taking it off the menu for the day, someone ran out and actually picked up said ingredient .. top notch guest service! We cannot wait to go back and try their lunch menu!“

“Conveniently located steps away from GO station which made it a perfect rest stop after a long trip. Got the chicken avocado sandwich with cream of mushroom soup and rosemary potatoes. Loved everything. mushroom soup was a tad TOO flavourful with too many spices, but that’s a personal preference.
Chamomile tea was great to soothe my upset stomach. The server (Jamie?) was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in town again.“

“I chose a table in the lower level as we have been sat at a booth by windows before and this time of year it is cold. On the lower level I kept on a coat wrapped round my shoulders. The food was good but warm not so hot for both our mains. The service was good. There was not much choice of craft beers.“

“The service was great but I cannot say the same thing for food. I had crispy sweet chilly rice bowl but it was floating in the sauce. Rest of my family ordered burger but it was ok. They have tons of other choices on the menu though, maybe I did not pick the right one. The French onion soup was really good.“
