“It's always a good experience ..when you walk in its organized chaos..It's fast friendly polite and great quality of ice cream ...my only critism is get rid of drive through or clearly mark the route in ..I seen almost 2 accidents and 5 customer stuck in their parking spots for 3-5 mins because of drive through .. it makes the parking lot dangerous .“

“What is a walk in a beach board walk without a refreshing ice cream? On the boardwalk at Heritage Park you will find Scoops and Cone’s ice cream stand. On a hot day what is better than ice cream and a stand that has 10+ flavors with me is actually a hit any day. Everything is nice. Highly recommended.“

“Burger Royal does have really good food. I will give them that. But their service is terrible. I went in the other day and was told my burger would be 10-15 mins and it took them 28 mins to make just a cheese burger!!! Nothing else!! This isn’t the first time this has happened. This has probably happened 4 or 5 times over the last 7 times I have stopped in. Those are terrible averages. They only had 3 ppl working and they were clearly under staffed for being around dinner time. Not to mention there was no fifth gear they were all stuck in first gear. No hustle, just dragging their feet. It was sad to watch how slow they were for how busy they were. It was painful to watch. They clearly don’t care about customer service. I feel like when ever I decide to give them another shot its the same disappointment. Burger Royal is making it much easier to not go there even though they have good food, they really lack in the service part. Great food is nothing without proper and professional service!! I hope they can get their act together!“

“I ordered a cake from this location and it was absolutely delicious and beautifully designed as we wanted. My son loved it so much that he did not take his eyes off the cake , even when we tried to click his picture with the cake. I truly appreciate the customer service. Narinder was very nice and patiently offered me samples to decide the flavour of the cake. Price was also very reasonable .“

“My blizzard is always made to perfection. I only wish they had a drive-thru but location is too small for one. FYI, I gave the Dairy Queen in ANGUS a bad review because their food lately has not been good. A couple of weeks ago, the blizzard I ordered tasted like stale ice cream with rancid chocolate. I complained and my review was blocked on Facebook.“

“My girlfriend and I love stopping by here to grab lunch! Our favourites are the regular poutine and the honey garlic chicken sandwich. The people who work here are very kind, and the service is quick. The both of us enjoy sitting on the picnic benches, especially when it's a nice day outside. We really love these small town spots! I 100% recommend this place, as well as the ice cream parlour right next to it!“
