“One of our families favourite spots. Very friendly staff, clean shop and super delicious subs. I have to say though that the new Smokin Triple Stack is absolutely my new favourite. For my son, it's the Engineer. No matter what you order, you can't go wrong. It's all delicious.“

The girl who worked on the afternoon shift of January 4 2026 was so good. She made my sub exactly how I asked and went above and beyond doing little things that some places wouldn't do because they're terrible at customer service but this girl was kind enough to make the sun exactly how I asked.

If she is not the owner and her boss ever reads this, trust me you should give her a raise and promotion. I've been to different sub places (like Subway) and they often will make excuses why they can't make the sub in a way I ask simply because they have to do something small extra (no added cost to them though) but because so many Canadian businesses absolutely suck at customer service (US is way better at customer service than Canada is), I recognize how awesome this girl was when she made sure to do everything I asked of her. She is literally the reason I would come back to this location.

She was really nice and courteous and pleasant as well. Most workers at other places are bad at hiding how much they hate working where they're working or hate people, but this girl was genuinely a kind and good human being who likes her job and doesn't have a chip on her shoulder. She was also polite and said hello, thank you, good bye etc.

Her boss is lucky she is working there. I would hire her for my business for sure. They should seriously consider giving her a raise. You don't get a lot of good employees these days. She's really good at what she does and knows how to make a great sub.“

“I recently visited Subway with my friend at around 9:45, and we were both very happy with our experience. My friend ordered a Veggie Patty Sub, and I ordered a Veggie Bowl Combo with juice and chips. An employee named Khushi prepared our food. She made everything perfectly and was very polite and friendly while talking to customers. The food was delicious, and we were completely satisfied. This man made us a tasty sandwich just the way I requested turkey foot long with all favorite toppings and sauces. Very respectful, humble individual that asked great questions and offered good suggestions for the half that was for my daughter. The location is very clean and thanks to my experience will be returning to this location more. Rhythm made the music of a amazing sandwich and customer service was A-class. Great job.“
