I just watched a costumer totally freak out at your staff (which was totally uncalled for) and your staff handled it wayyyy better than I would have! She cursed and got mad for a tiny mistake that the staff was trying to fix.

You have awesome staff and they deserve to be treated better than that!

The manager/supervisor listened to me and was very very calm at this store and Thanks to Juanne from Timmins who compensated us with the meal and wrote an apology mail on behalf of her employee.
