I just watched a costumer totally freak out at your staff (which was totally uncalled for) and your staff handled it wayyyy better than I would have! She cursed and got mad for a tiny mistake that the staff was trying to fix.
You have awesome staff and they deserve to be treated better than that!
They always get it right
I had such a great experience at Wendy’s today! I was having some trouble with the app, and Dipanshu was so patient and kind while helping me figure everything out. Another employee (I didn’t catch her name) was also incredibly friendly and helpful.
Their kindness really made my day. Customer service like this is hard to find, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll always be a fan of Wendy’s. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive one! ❤️
