McDonald's in Belleville

“It's great when the worst poutine I've had in Canada so far was still very good indeed !!

The burger was excellent crispy bacon on a BLT quarter pounder . Lettuce also was fabulous . Coffee was ok. Service was fast and friendly although I chose to order from a robot as there was a queue at the counter .

Dood arrived while I was outside within 4 mins . Restaurant was clean and j loved the floor !! Toilets available .a star was deducted because the mocha was not milky enough .

“Clean establishment. Busy kitchen but the young staff seems to handle pressure really well ?I ordered with the application from my phone. All the extras that I’ve selected were respected.Thank you to the lady who served me my tray with a smile.“

“Ordered six muffins via uber eats but McDonald's gave me six doughnuts instead. Called the store as reordering would have cost me double for the muffins with ubers fees etc. The manager personally delivered my six muffins in 10 mins time, freshly baked and still warm.
Thank you for the great customer service McDonald's! I'll be back for sure!

She was very positive when I apologized for being tired and confusing, and very patient with me as I took some time to get my order right. Excellent service although the lack of any display case for baked goods sucks.“
