“Simply put, it’s delicious gluten free food. Order pick up was seamless and enjoyable and the food was tasty as ever. Particularly impressed by the foods ordered that I don’t eat, but sampled - that turned out to be my favourite. Perfectly spiced.

Vegetarian options: Yummy falafel option and I have to say, that is the creamiest texture in a hummus I have ever had. Well done.

“edit thank you for your thoughtful reply. i have amended your review score to reflect that i am genuinely appreciative of your efforts to accommodate my dietary needs. contrary to popular opinion vegans are like anyone else. we dont like wasting the staff's time and if we dont like what they see they will go somewhere else. as someone who has spent hours online trying to find the best plant based curry in hamilton i guarantee that making vegan options more visible online and on your menu more business your way will come.

i must make it clear i was never critical of the staff member taking the order. they were excellent.

“I just ordered 2 x spicy chicken sandwiches. When I got home, the sandwiches both had 2 chicken fingers in it. A real chicken sandwich has a chicken breast, not fingers. This is false advertising at its finest because there is way more breading on 2 fingers compared to 1 breast. DO BETTER. Besides this little faux pas, the food here is great and the staff is friendly and quick. Just please name your food for what it actually is. I will order again for sure !“

We ate at Baci for the first time last night and we had the pepperoni and margarita pizza. Honestly it’s some of the best pizza I may have ever had. It had the taste of Neapolitan pizza but without the flop. It was nice and crispy with a beautiful char flavour, loaded with pepperoni and cheese. From the shortbread, to the scones, muffins and cupcakes, everything tastes amazing, and has the texture I've been missing with other gluten free, vegan baked goods. The "budder"cream is the best frosting I've ever had, with the same creamy texture and rich buttery flavour you get with frosting made with dairy. Really can't say enough good things about Marci's!
