“Hands down my favourite food in Bolton! They have a variety of things to choose from and each thing I’ve ordered has been amazing! My favourite so far is the lasagna and the sandwiches. Joe and his staff are very friendly and provide great customer service. The place is also really clean which I appreciate. They’ve catered my child’s birthday party and everyone raved about the food. Overall an amazing experience every time I eat or deal with The Valley.“

“Our sports themed cake for Danny’s 50 th was not only decorated to perfection but both tiers were absolutely moist and delicious. The entire cake was devoured by our guests. The cake pops were a hit . The chocolate was incredible.... I ate more than one 🤫. The thank you cookies were also perfection . We are thrilled and want to thank Natalie for really outdoing herself .“

“Like both of the Bolton Tims this one is one of my favorite coffee places to sit to meet people or drive thru.
They are probably run by same owner.
I go to the valley one almost every morning for coffee, fv, or ice Capps. We like their egg based breakfasts, real winners with the wife when she wants breakfast served not homemade.
Like their dutchess too, but not to often due to diabetes. These places are still part of our proud Canadian heritage, even though bought by Amercans. However still managed and prepared by Canadians. Not replaced by Ai yet. We have enjoyed the new store designs. I am senior, but have learned the order over the phone app. I really enjoy the quick pickup benefit of App ordering. Hope not to many people use it. That would slow App benefit and cause potential job loss. Anyway time to get out of bed and get out Tim breakfast.“

They were very attentive and made me feel that they cared about me. They weren't just interested in a sale, but made sure you were happy with your purchases.

She completely blew us away with our anniversary cake. Sahajbir is very likeable and extremely professional and courteous. She really listens to you and explains details very well.
