“Hands down my favourite food in Bolton! They have a variety of things to choose from and each thing I’ve ordered has been amazing! My favourite so far is the lasagna and the sandwiches. Joe and his staff are very friendly and provide great customer service. The place is also really clean which I appreciate. They’ve catered my child’s birthday party and everyone raved about the food. Overall an amazing experience every time I eat or deal with The Valley.“

“I visit this Tim Hortons frequently, and every time I see a particular older lady working here, it truly brightens my day. She’s incredibly sweet and has such a kind, warm demeanor. She always speaks so nicely and goes above and beyond to make every interaction pleasant.

I believe she deserves special recognition for the positive impact she has on your customers. A raise would be well-deserved because she truly adds something special to the team. I’m sure you know who I’m talking about, as she leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets.“

“Our sports themed cake for Danny’s 50 th was not only decorated to perfection but both tiers were absolutely moist and delicious. The entire cake was devoured by our guests. The cake pops were a hit . The chocolate was incredible.... I ate more than one 🤫. The thank you cookies were also perfection .
