“Coming from out of town and was looking for a spot to eat nearby on a Sunday late afternoon when we found this local spot and we’re so glad we did!! The food was so tasty and absolutely delicious, I was very impressed! Everything was extremely well seasoned and well balanced and they did an amazing job keeping the moisture and texture in their dishes (which is huge for me). I ordered their butternut squash ravioli and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had (I don’t say that lightly.. their sauce was ridiculously good). Our server was also fantastic, he was a younger gentleman who was very attentive, hospitable, friendly and super accommodating. A truly great dining experience and will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend to everyone!“

“We frequent Swiss Chalet about once a month. Food is always good as is the service. Today we were at the Yonge And Hreen Land location for lunch. I have to say it was the best quarchicken and baked potatoes ever. Everything was hot, delicious and a nice piece of chicken for both my husband and myself. Everything truly was extremely good, to the point that I mentioned it to our server Anna, who was also super helpful and wonderful. A simple lunch turned out to be a great and enjoyable meal. Thank you Anna and the cooking staff for a great meal“

“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“

“Loved the Christmas decorations! Food and service good. Was there for lunch but the music was so loud we had to shout to be heard. Don’t mind music while eating but the volume was quite annoying. People across from us commented they did not enjoy the music or its volume. We were going to come to Jack’s with another couple for dinner but have changed our plans due to the noise level.“

“Had to feed 17 people with varying dietary requirements. I sent Sammy’s all the orders two days in advance and when I came to pick it up it was all labelled and ready to go. Fed everyone for under $265 and it was delicious. They pack the pitas filled with mouth watering goodness. Thanks Sammy’s. It was awesome!“

“Love the place Monday to Friday. Sadly bar staff on a Saturday night ruin the experience. Spent more time with staff who were off shift sitting at bar. Waited a long time for service. Not a happy customer. Last Wednesday was a different story“

“I'm a long time fan. But today I tried the Smash Burger. The meat tastes like meat. The thing that struck me most though was that this product completes with McDs. But it's better, fresher, it costs pretty much the same, and you get to sit in a nice civilized environment to enjoy your meal. Try it - you won't be disappointed.“

“I visited Kelsey’s last Friday and just had to shout out the amazing bartender, Victoria. The drinks she made were absolutely delicious and she really knew what she was doing behind the bar. My girlfriend ordered the passion fruit mule and actually mentioned more than once how perfect it was — she said it was one of the best she’s had.

Victoria was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back, and thanks again to Victoria for the great service!“

Calvin, in particular, really cares about this place and the people who come here—it shows in the way he interacts with everyone.
