“Went for dinner last night with a group of friends and it was lovely!!!! Courtney wa sour server and she absolutely crushed it, took our drinks and food order at the perfect time and was aware we had to leave by a certain time so made sure she offered the bills right away and cleared our table promptly!!! Will definitely request her for my next visit!“

“Came for team dinner after T&T competition. Atmosphere is like most sports bars, the food was mediocre and slightly pricey for the quality. I will say that our server - Kendra - was an absolutely rockstar. She took 26 orders, got them all right and was always right there when you needed something.

So while I would not likely come back for the food, I can say with out any doubt that you rarely get a server of Kendra's quality!“

“Food is very tasty and healthy. I found 2 items that I could have just because of food allergies. The menu is quite varied and selection are very appealing. Burgers are real meat with no wheat fillers. Lot of food in each serving. Service is cafeteria style. Cashier was less than engaging. Place is very clean. Has lots of seating at tables of 4.

Room is nice and bright from one full wall of widows.“

“From our server Daniella, to the GM Emily, to the Chef (didn’t catch your name sorry!)-it truly was a great experience. There was a bit of a mixup with our vegan entrees but each of them took accountability, were extremely apologetic, and took proper steps to correct it. Earl’s had always been such a great restaurant and this night was no different. I really enjoy that they offer a plant-based section of their menu that doesn’t just consist of removing ingredients, a house salad, a burger with a gluten free bun or lettuce wrap, and french fries. They change up their menu seasonally it seems and it is all very fresh and great tasting. It’s nice as vegans to be thought of and considered. With more and more vegan restaurants disappearing, the pressure is kind of on omni restaurants to step up to the plate and have things that truly reflect their price point. Because yes, even vegans can be foodies. Earl’s clearly holds their employees and reputation to another level and it shows. Now they just need a vegan dessert ;). Well done guys. Thanks again for a great experience. We will be back!“

“Had a great meal and dining experience at this Milestones location. Our waiter, James was attentive (without being annoying), very friendly, and accurate with our menu selections. He even went beyond and put a sparkler in my friends cake for her birthday. The food was great too!“

“Wow! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a Friday night dinner at the quaint Downtown Bistro & Grill, Burlington. Excellent, very personable service and fantastic food. I started with a Caesar Salad that was huge and garlickly delicious. My wife had baked brie which was also tasty. She also enjoyed her Beef Tenderloin but the show stopper was my main. A phenomenal, unctuous and exceptionally tender beer braised beef short rib with mashed and seasonal vegetables. Fantastic!!! Highly recommended!!!“

“Went to the Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, and after we finished we decided to look for a place to eat with the kids so after looking for places in the area decided to go to Russell Williams Family Restaurant since they had good reviews and we weren't disappointed. Ordered some burgers, and mac and cheese and it was very tasty with great service. Definitely will come back and if we're in the area.“

“I really love the atmosphere of the restaurant. I came for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Even better, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality. What stood out to me was the overall vibe. Despite a few people enjoying drinks at the bar, the noise level was very manageable and didn’t disrupt the calm ambience I prefer when dining. I appreciated being able to enjoy my meal on the quieter side of the restaurant. The crowd seems to be mostly travelers staying at the hotel which added to the relax and professional feel of the place.“

“After being seated, there was a bit of a wait before a server came to our table, but once service began, everything went smoothly. Overall, the food was enjoyable and well prepared. While the fries were not my favourite, everything else on the menu was very good. The spinach and cheese dip especially stood out and was a highlight of the meal. “Amazing food, exceptionally caring and attentive staff. The people here go out of there way to make sure customers are happy, comfortable and taken care of. Tonight I ordered through uber eats and accidently canceled the order, UE. Charged a 95% cancelation fee to my CC without telling me.. when I noticed the charge on my card, I spoke to Uber eats who refused to refund the "cancelation fee", and would not place a reorder without me paying again (double charge) for the original order. I ended up driving to the restaurant and told them of the situation and they made sure I was taken care of. They fufulied my order without knowing if UE would give them the money they are owed. I absolutely recommend this place and have ordered from them many times, every single time the food is incredible. If you're looking for a nice night out, or take out food, you can't go wrong with August 8 Burlington!“
