“Had an absolute pleasant dining in your restaurant the other day, the food was delicious really mouthwatering. Our server Sophia was very welcoming and very kind, she really deserves a raise. I would say she was too good at her job. I am very impressed by the neat and clean atmosphere of your dining space. Hope you would provide the same service always.“

“Food is very tasty and healthy. I found 2 items that I could have just because of food allergies. The menu is quite varied and selection are very appealing. Burgers are real meat with no wheat fillers. Lot of food in each serving. Service is cafeteria style. Cashier was less than engaging. Place is very clean. Has lots of seating at tables of 4.

“Danielle was a great server. Food was great, mocktails were overpriced for what we received. Had to wait 10 minutes although we had reservations but were a couple minutes late. Even with reservations, we were given what seemed like a last minute table by the hostess who was not very polite. We did ask for something further into the restaurant which they accommodated. Menu is quite limited now with heavy East Asian influence. Overall, was good and will be back as it is one of the more consistent restaurants with a good ambience in the area.“

“Come here regularly and my favourite apps are the Sweet Chili Chicken Bites and Spinach & Artichoke dip. But I LOVE the California Spring salad, the candied pecans are amazing and all the flavours go so well together. Also tried the Crispy Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, it was crunchy and very saucy! The pickles and cabbage added a lot of flavour.“

“Wow! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a Friday night dinner at the quaint Downtown Bistro & Grill, Burlington. Excellent, very personable service and fantastic food. I started with a Caesar Salad that was huge and garlickly delicious. My wife had baked brie which was also tasty. She also enjoyed her Beef Tenderloin but the show stopper was my main. A phenomenal, unctuous and exceptionally tender beer braised beef short rib with mashed and seasonal vegetables. Fantastic!!! Highly recommended!!!“

“I really love the atmosphere of the restaurant. I came for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Even better, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality. What stood out to me was the overall vibe. Despite a few people enjoying drinks at the bar, the noise level was very manageable and didn’t disrupt the calm ambience I prefer when dining. I appreciated being able to enjoy my meal on the quieter side of the restaurant. The crowd seems to be mostly travelers staying at the hotel which added to the relax and professional feel of the place.“

“Fantastic experience at Kelseys on Thursday night which happens to be wing night! We enjoyed top notch nachos and two kinds of wings. Both were sooooo good! FYI the guacamole was excellent- meaning REAL , HOMEMADE and limey, not the creamy kind you get at most places. Tina, the manager, chatted with us and we told her we love going there for the 'see above' plus the Humble and Fred (funny and informative) podcasters appearances since Kelseys is one of their sponsors. “Amazing food, exceptionally caring and attentive staff. The people here go out of there way to make sure customers are happy, comfortable and taken care of. Tonight I ordered through uber eats and accidently canceled the order, UE. Charged a 95% cancelation fee to my CC without telling me.. when I noticed the charge on my card, I spoke to Uber eats who refused to refund the "cancelation fee", and would not place a reorder without me paying again (double charge) for the original order. I ended up driving to the restaurant and told them of the situation and they made sure I was taken care of. They fufulied my order without knowing if UE would give them the money they are owed. I absolutely recommend this place and have ordered from them many times, every single time the food is incredible. If you're looking for a nice night out, or take out food, you can't go wrong with August 8 Burlington!“

“This was the BEST Valentine’s venue we’ve experienced in years! Wonderful atmosphere, outstanding friendly staff!! We never felt rushed. It was a very relaxing atmosphere with lovely music.
