We started with a crisp Caesar salad (the only one I've ever had that I can say compete with my father's - even Dad agreed) and a beautifully balanced Caprese salad with the freshest basil, both savoury and well-executed. Even the bread and butter were exceptionally phenomenal—a simple yet telling detail of the kitchen’s commitment to quality. For mains, the halibut was perfectly tender, the rack of lamb with scallops rich and flavourful, and the filet mignon flawlessly cooked with a peppercorn sauce that was absolute perfection. Each dish showcased precision and top-quality ingredients, all complemented by a bold, complex 2013 Brunello Monticiano. A silky crème brûlée and expertly crafted Spanish coffees was the ultimate indulgence to finish this exceptional meal. From start to finish, everything was absolutely top notch. Peter and his entire team were wonderful to work with, and they helped make our wedding evening truly unforgettable.

A special thank you to all of the staff, including the setup crew, service team, and takedown crew. Everyone was professional, attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire evening. It allowed us to relax, enjoy ourselves, and spend the night celebrating with our family and friends without having to worry about a thing.

And the food was unparalleled. The quality was exceptional, and the portions were incredibly generous—our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. We received so many compliments about the food, and it was clear that an enormous amount of care went into every dish.
