“Pleasantly surprised at the great experience at East Side Mario’s tonight. Shout out to our server Skye who was incredible! She was friendly, attentive, fast, proactive and overall amazing. She was on point with our starters, drinks and our meals were served quickly. She had our refills to our drinks even before we asked. The food was also on point. Portions were good, food was perfectly seasoned and temperature was great. Overall really great time! Well done!“

“I’ve been a few times and the food is ALWAYS fantastic! My critique is on the cleanliness of the restaurant. First off the table cloth was dirty this last time but whatever. The worst was when I was standing outside the restroom waiting my turn, I was looking at my surroundings and the wall that backs on to the kitchen was filthy and the sliding door for the kitchen had dust webs hanging above there. While in the restroom, right in front of the toilet in the corner was the garbage can and a very dusty & dirty looking fake flower arrangement. But then u look down and it is so dirty and dusty on the floor all around the flowers and garbage can. I couldn’t believe that it was so dirty. I can’t help but wonder now how clean is the kitchen?? Still love the food but I don’t think I’d eat in there anymore, just do takeout! I really hope they take the care to clean up a bit.“

“Excellent food, excellent service! I would love to go back again to try the regular menu. I went on Valentine’s Day and it was a set menu.
While I’m giving them 5 stars for the quality, I was very taken aback that it was a set menu with no notice on their website or by email when I made my reservations. I never would have come if I had known as I don’t eat any seafood and the menu for the night was surf n turf, and it was also very much out of my price range.“

They went above and beyond by opening early just to fulfill our order and even delivered it in time for the party — such a thoughtful and accommodating gesture.
Now, let’s talk about the pizza... absolutely incredible. I even convinced my gluten-free (by choice) husband to give it a try. Not only did he love it, but he said it was the best pizza he’s ever had, and it reminded him of his Nonna’s homemade pies. High praise! He’s already decided that from now on, he’ll be making the drive from Nobleton to Tottenham to pick up Spitfire for our future pizza nights.

There’s a girl named Vipan, she helped me to create a cutomized Veggie Pizza which I have never tried before. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
