“Great pub food. I had 2 meals here, and both were awesome. The fish and chips were perfectly cooked . The fish was moist and flaky with a great beer batter coating. The Scottish breakfast was excellent. There is nothing like blood pudding, square sausage bacon, and eggs to start the day. It was all cooked just to my liking. The staff were all friendly and helpful.“

“Our experience with the service & the food was fantastic! Their homemade carrot,parsnip & apple soup was delicious! My bad experience was when my friend realized that she forgot her jacket at the table on the her chair! I talked with the manager, the hostess & our server 3-4 hours later! Nobody saw anything but after about 10-15 mins our server miraculously found the jacket at the hostess stand rolled up on the bottom/ back of the stand! It should’ve been turned in at the lost & found! It should’ve been an easy pick up! This was Saturday September 16 table 9 at 1pm! We went back 5:30-6pm! This was also our first experience at the restaurant!“
“We came for dinner tonight. loved the soup flight! Ernie's burger was delicious as was the fish and chips with poutine. coleslaw could have been a bit creamy, very tasty. “Was there today for my mom‘s 86th birthday lunch and with 12 people we had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. As a surprise, we ended up in the private room and it was perfect. It was beautiful when the restaurant clapped after happy birthday was sung.Rhianna did an amazing job keeping us with drink in hand and great food to be enjoyed. “For a sandwich and a beer I paid $34 after tax with tip. Just seems expensive for what the food was. The place has good bones and a nice staff but there is room for improvement.The menu might cater to too many cuisines. I'd go to the basics and dial it in.“
“went to this establishment with my wife while I played in a league. I ordered my drinks, of course using my manners. After both of us ordering drink as well as many others, I had received my drink and many others, while my wife's drink had not. I went up to politely ask about my wife's drink taking so long. They said it was coming. Then right after that I was confronted by a different waitress stating that I was rude, literally signaling me in front of a crowd saying that I was rude. Neither of us have been to this establishment before and within 20 minutes were told we were being rude. I did not realize that using manners and asking for my drink was being rude. Even all the other patrons could not understand what I had done. I found this to be VERY offensive to both me and my wife. Don't judge people by how others act, especially for a patrons first visit. Maybe finding some nicer staff would be nice, maybe someone to appreciate the customers that come in to your establishment, there are many other places to spend my hard earned money because obviously they don't want it.“

“Nice vintage bar with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A classic hometown bar. The upstairs needs to be more open so the darts can be played better. The server/bartender, Jade, is very sweet and shows great hospitality towards the customers:)“
