“This is our local go to pub. The atmosphere is great and fun as a couple or a group. Their house salad is fantastic, have some vegetarian options as they change. The current masala burger is fantastic. The fries are too salty for my liking but not awful. We have a couple of favourite servers, all are great. Most seem to enjoy their fish and chips. We had a dinner there for 35-40 people in the back room and not one complaint or dish returned. Well done to the entire staff.“

“The Fiddle and Firkin is just one of those places that when you walk in you instantly know you are going to be treated like you are at home. As a musician that is performing there, the staff immediately were accommodating to our needs and took good care of us from load in to load out. Booking here was a pleasure and they promote and share your marketing effectively as well. “Good food, good location on main street. Parking is at a distance from the restaurant. Nice atmosphere inside with limited outdoor seating. Arrived just after a large group left the restaurant. Unfortunately that lead to service delays on our order, service and bill receipt on this visit. The why that was never really explained other than the large group just left“

“We went for dinner for a friends birthday. I had the pub burger with fries and both were cooked and tasted excellent.
The prices were actually really good, and there was a great menu selection. I have to go back to try the Yorkshire pudding and stew.
It was very quiet for dinner time, maybe three tables total so service was fantastic. Definitely coming back!“
