The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. “This is a nice place for an after-dinner meal, or perhaps a date. I ordered the Hit D Spot, which is a plate of Belgian waffles topped with ice cream and brownies. It was very good, but pretty filling so I had to share it with my brother. It took some time to make, though that was understandable given the size of the order, which was pretty big. I would suggest bringing someone to share your food with if you want to order one of the bigger desserts.“

“I ordered the Christmas High Tea. The chicken salad sandwich was chicken curry and delicious. I asked to change the cranberry and orange scone for their regular scone which was no problem and the scone was warm, soft and fabulous, especially with the cream they provide. The cranberry brie bite was a delicious little tart. My favourite sandwich was the pesto cream cheese and cucumber - delicious. They came by quickly to provide a refill of boiled water for my tea and were very attentive to ensure we had what we needed. My daughter got the cream tea [scone with cream and jam and a pot of tea], she opted for the cranberry and orange scone and loved it. My husband isn't a tea fan, he got the tuna sandwich and soup. The sandwich was huge, filled with good quality tuna. I would highly recommend the Boathouse Tea Room - their prices are very reasonable and the food was great.“

“Best pizza hands down in the south end of Guelph ! Always fresh toppings cooked the way we like it. We are relatively new to the area and live in rural area about 15 minutes drive. Never have we waited an extended period of time. Friendly service and keep us on their data base so it’s a simple process .. great job ! We are now regulars“

“I’m giving this five stars based on the price. Where else can you get an all beef foot long hot dog or pork sausage on a fresh bun, with a large soda, with a refill, for so cheap? Currently only $1.50. You must be a Costco member to enjoy. You order at the kiosks and grab your order when it’s called from their walk up counter. Other food options include fries, pizza, soft serve ice cream, all reasonably priced, but the hot dog w/drink seems to be the best deal. Ask for onions on the side and you’ll get a tiny container of chopped onions too! The seating area is very limited and you’ll need to clean off a table if you’re lucky enough to snag one. (I use a packet of their vinegar w/napkins to clean).“
