Got two blizzards and both were only half mixed. So you pay for ice cream with toppings mixed in and end up eating half a blizzard of just plain vanilla ice cream. Save yourself the money and just buy a tub at the grocery store. They were not remotely busy when I went, so that's not the reason.. tried to contact customer service but there seems to be no way on corporate dq since it says contact the store. Apparently this location does not accept gift cards anymore. If the store is privately owned and operated from an established franchise you should not be able to just do whatever you want, it’s a good way to lose your franchise. Why would they not accept gift cards but have no problem selling them? It’s money the company has already made, a pre-sale. Makes no sense, sounds like something that should be escalated higher up.
