“I went in to this New KFC location in chatham, about a month ago, and was instantly very surprised on the atmosphere and the service at this location. The other location in chatham has really went downhill, and I didn't have high hopes for this location. But the service was amazing, the staff was so friendly and greeted me the min I entered their store. I Got home and the food was delicious, as I said before I didn't have high hopes for this location but the food just blew me away. The chicken was tender and juicy and really flavourful, the fries were hot and crispy, the gravy is what really got me, if you know the location on Grand AVE the gravy has been watery and tasteless, this location on st Clair there gravy was amazing, The first time I had gravy that tasted like there chicken with all the secret herbs and spices. The gravy was thick but delicious and work great with there hot crispy fries.The chicken was crispy and fall off the bone, which was very shocking me cause the last time I had chicken it was greasy and the coating was just falling off.I would totally recommend this location, great staff and very customer service like location,I will be back for sure.“
