One of my all-time top 3 pho spots in Toronto. 13 years ago, this was where I had my very first bowl of pho after arriving in Canada — and I still remember how comforting it was. Today, even with sky-high inflation, their prices remain incredibly fair, and there’s no tipping required. It’s rare to see a place stay so consistent in both quality and value.
