Where the nutritionist brushed off my request, the young cashier took the time to help me find what I was looking for. She searched the computer and looked at the pictures next to the products to try and determine the correct product and she found it. I am truly thankful. That is customer service!“

“I surely like when they have a site wide sale (eg, their latest Family Day promotion). I tend to order more than I ever would with selective items sales, especially if I wish to take advantage of their free shipping option, which is good. Plus, I might hold off ordering from elsewhere if I knew earlier when such a promotion was coming. . . . Their shipping is done in a expeditious manner. Their prices are competitive. Although I wish they would promote more overtly meeting a competitor's price, for in all likelihood, I would order more from them when I purchase a set of items -- rather than order some from them and other identical, but cheaper products, even with discounts, from another supplier. And some of those suppliers have sale prices as well. Overall, in summary, they are an healthy choice as a source for health enhancement products, and they deserve a thumb's up.“

“The Health Shoppe is a gem of a store located just south of Yonge and St. Clair.

I have been a customer of Andrea's (owner) for years and there is no one more knowledgeable at her craft, than Andrea , in my opinion.

Andrea and her amazing team, consisting of Beth and Fiona, are advocates for ensuring you receive top quality herbal remedies care, they have it covered with top notch service. They are always available for excellent advice.

They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and service is par excellence. I highly recommend and personally I would never consider shopping any other health store. Why bother when I have the absolute best. If I could give Andrea and her team 10 stars, rest assured I would do so. They more than deserve same.“

My Cobb salad was fantastic and perfectly fresh. The staff member who helped me was friendly and even asked if I wanted to add extra protein since the standard version only comes with an egg. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.“
