“Saray is bright, colourful and fun. The food was unreal and super affordable. We’re glad we held off on ordering mains - 4 starter dips and 1 salad was MORE than enough for the 3 of us. I could live off of the cheese & feta rolls. Planning on taking my boys soon so they can try all the meat skewers while I eat all the appetizers. “Such an amazing Turkish restaurant! The lady at the front is always so kind, and the whole staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The doner is absolutely delicious—high-quality meat with fresh, soft bread. I also love their samosas, they’re a must-try! Everything is full of flavor and made with care. Highly recommend!“

I visited Mustafa Turkish Kebap - Pide - Doner for lunch and it was an amazing experience. I had the yaprak döner with rice, and they served it with freshly baked warm bread. The food was very fresh, delicious, and honestly one of the best döner I’ve ever had abroad. The two waiters were also very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. Definitely a place I would recommend and will come back to!“

“Marche Istanbul at 3220 Dufferin Street is a fantastic grocery store! They have a big variety of Turkish products at great prices, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. It’s one of my favorite places to shop. Highly recommend!“

“I am Korean Canadian with a pretty normal palate for food. I have become a regular here for the breads and pastry. In particular I love their personal sized pizzas and a tubular pastry that has feta and spinach Burek I think, I forget the name but absolutely the most crispy flaky and delicious breakfast I can have. Seems (pronounce Shems) is the gentlman usually behind the counter who is just the kindest man. They also have raw honey which my kids loved and I just tried the cherry drink. Good stuff especially for my gout. I am a customer for life~“

“A few weeks back, I met up with my good friend to stop in for a drink and dessert.

The server was really friendly and wanted us to try some desserts with our coffees. She was happy to make us a special blend of her Americano coffee for us. She did a great job!!

My friend and I were talking about Greece and opening up a cafe there and found out she was in Thessaloniki and loved it there, which is the area we were looking at opening a business.

Unfortunately, my friend had to fly out early morning so we had to leave early. We had a great time with the server and will continue the conversation the next time we are in the area.

I’m hoping she will see this and tell me what was the name of this dessert?

“We recently hosted a post wedding brunch for a number of out of towners, and we were in a bit of a last minute pinch to find a venue that would accommodate a group of 18 outdoors at one long table, and with a reservation that was not time limited. Sana came to the rescue, and provided the space, excellent attentive service, and even better TurcoPersian apps to start off our brunch.Truly, all the food was excellent, and we were able to send off our newlyweds in style from this lovely eatery. And the food got the seal of approval from the many Persian guests we were hosting! So do consider this restaurant for group parties, in addition to small table dining.
