“I highly recommend this place!! Jennifer is absolutely fantastic!! Her creation for my wife’s 45th Birthday Cake was just AMAZING!! When I spoke with Jennifer over the phone I told her about my wife’s addiction with KFC. Jen came up with the most creative and delicious cake I have ever had!! Not only did the cake look just like KFC, it tasted delicious!! Thank you very much Jennifer Mayrl and Cakes By Design, for the most AMAZING Cake creation ever!! “Now for a 3rd time in the past year, this Bakery has provided amazing baked goods and service over the top. I had never heard of Sweet Bs and then through some online research decided to order cupcakes for delivery to a local long term care. Their service goes above and beyond and they treat everyone like their most important customer. This level of service is hard to find. Don't hesitate - you won't be disappointed.“

“I had an hour in between meetings this morning and was just about to get into Starbucks, but noticed this location and instantly my head was filled with nostalgic memories. I used to work nearby another location in Toronto and would go pick up some breakfast sandwich and natas for the Portuguese colleagues on a monthly basis.
A bite on the nata brought me back to the days of that first job out of school, it tasted the same all these years. Very fluffy and crunchy crust with the same old fashioned custard, my body just couldn’t take that much sweet anymore so the latte helps wash it down.
The service is excellent, my heart warmed up as the staffs greeted with a genuinely smile and they are very nice people. The service sector deserves a 5 star because the visit made me feel like home. The girl server and I had a miscommunication so unfortunately the nata didn’t get warmed up, and she thought I wanted to order an additional plain omelette. I didn’t want to waste the food so I took it any way. When I checked out, the cashier lady explained that the girl is new and not very fluent in English, and offered to waive the omelette.“

“we've been here many moons ago and pass it often as it can be seen on hwy. It's a small shop in an industrial area by Costco (everyone knows where that is in Barrie), we were greeted by Sam who guided us from prices to popularity. We settled on assorted NY cheesecake. They also carry imperfect ones in a separate marked freezer but I'm not sure what they mean by imperfect so we'll stick to the not imperfect (? ????). Will update on looks and tastes tomorrow.Had few laughs and learned to pronounce Pfalzgraf (falls-graph) I was saying it all wrong "fah-laugh-laugh" is what I've been saying all these years whenever we passed the storeThanks Sam!!Merry Christmas ????December 20, 2022“

“Very clean place and very friendly staffMy latte was actually done properly most of time in others locations isn't, too much foam, not enough coffee, sometimes they just don't put sugar at all, I only ask for 1 sugar, My chocolate croissant was delicious and looked freshly baked for a 7pm snack. This place closes at 8pm so I has really surprised for the freshness and choices available.“
